is the full title of Governor in Chief Daniel the First. He succeeded to the Chair of Zepco in September 2003, following the Declaration of Mergaration absolving Zepco International Providers from any allegiance to the DJ Partnership. Daniel was the brains behind the DJ Partnership, but abandoned the company in July 2003, following the purchase of the all the branches. Daniel is in charge of appointing Governors and Accepting Members. The current 'Heir to the Chair' when Daniel resigns is William Callaghan, his second cousin and closest male relative.
Michael Bourke
'By the Grace of God, of Zepco International Providers and of His other Realms and Teritorries, Governor in Chief Michael the First, Governor of the Unofficial Lancashire County Cricket Club Website and Governor of Defence'
is the title for Governor in Chief, Michael the First. Following the Declaration of Mergaration, Michael succeeded to the Chair in September 2003 and immediately became Governor of Defence. He is judge in the Zepco Court, and currently holds the right to punish a member after trial in the Court. Michael the First has made many attempts to renounce the chair for him and his family, but has failed to do so after many attempts. Currently, Michael has no male relative we can trace. Therefore, if he resigns, Zepco International Providers will be transferred fully to Daniel the First, until a suitable heir can be found.
Kieran the First

is the title for the High Commissioner, Kieran the First. This charismatic person is also the Governer of James-Games. Within his short week of being in "the chair", Kieran has made many modifications which changed the course of Zepco International Providers. One of which is the redesigning of this new Hall Of Fame page (formally, "About Us".) Kieran the First is also an excellent computer graphics designer, as he re-designed the Callaghan coat of arms into the current Zepco International Providers logo. The next succesion of Kieran the First as High Commisioner is currently the female Billie-Jo Marlow as she is the nearest female relative . This is because Kieran the First's nearest male relative is not a British citizen.
